In a world that often asks us to be everything to everyone, this is your invitation to soften, shed, and return home to your Authentic Being this Women’s Day weekend. Nestled within the sacred sanctuary of Bodhi Khaya, this 4-day women’s retreat is a space to reconnect with the essence of who you are – beneath the conditioning, beyond the roles – through wisdom of the mind-body, as well as connection with nature.
Facilitated by Julie Grant and Olivia Moon, this retreat weaves together somatic, breath-based and body-centred modalities with neuroscience and practical spirituality to create a safe and nurturing space for nervous system restoration, inner listening and authentic expression. We will also delve into the healing power of nature through wild wanderings, foraging and spending time communing with the land.

Authenticity is not about becoming, it’s about revealing who we are at the deepest level. It isn’t something we figure out in our minds – it’s something we feel in our bones. Always present, it emerges when we feel safe, seen, and supported enough to drop our masks, stop performing and start living embodied in our being-ness.
