Chances are you’ve shifted your entire state in under 15 seconds, just by choosing to consciously breathe. Discovering breathwork has been a game changer for both myself and my clients in clearing all that lies on a somatic (body) level, rather than the level of the mind. From simple Pranayama practices to Conscious Circular Breathing, each style of breathwork its own power, and I share different practices depending on what’s needed.

The breath is so much more than just oxygen. It is our life force energy that has the power to shift, unblock and heal on a mind, body and soul level. Breath is the vehicle that spirit travels on within the body, and we can use breath as a tool to breathe though the many layers of self to get to our source. Our highest expression of self.

Conscious Breathwork & Coaching Session

Conscious Circular Breathing is a breathing technique that induces an altered state of consciousness, activating the bodies' inner healing intelligence, expanding awareness and relieving physical tension and stress in the body, as well as clearing past trauma and releasing unprocessed emotions.

This 1:1 session is an opportunity to go deeper into both understanding what is holding you back from living your most aligned life through coaching, as well as using the breath to reconnect you to your inner truth and align you with your highest self.

Session will include a coaching session, introduction to breathwork, a guided meditation, breathing practice, followed by rest, grounding and integration and take-home journalling and breathing practices.

Conscious Circular Breathing is a breathing technique that induces an altered state of consciousness, activating the body’s inner healing intelligence, expanding awareness and relieving physical tension and stress in the body, as well as clearing past trauma and releasing unprocessed emotions.

This 1:1 session is an opportunity to reconnect to your inner truth by uncovering and dissolving the layers of conditioning, using the breath as medicine to bring you back to your highest, most authentic self.

Session will include an introduction, guided meditation, breathing practice, followed by rest, grounding and integration.
